Cash for Clunkers Furniture

Hi friends,
Not directly FurnitureMaker related, but we just started a "Cash for Clunkers Furniture Program". We have had a great response from the trade and tomorrow Fox 10 in Phoenix will be running a story on it. We have also been picked up on a couple of other blogs.

Things are developing

Thanks to all of the designer/beta testers who attended our round table discussion. You were all insightful and helpful. Last week I met with our designer and we went over many of your suggestions. Keep the great feedback coming!

FYI; Almost 20% of the orders from Pacific are generated by designers online.

Discuss and Dine

Every beta tester is invited to join us Wednesday, July 8 for a discuss and dine in our Arizona Design Center showroom. Please RSVP so that we can have the proper amount of food.

We will be discussing the vision of FurnitureMakerPro and where you want it to go.

We will also take some time to discuss any other topic you may wish; Current trends, where to find business, anything you want.

Known Issues

This is a list of known issues we are currently addressing;
• Internet Explorer support
• Times out after 30 minutes and gives a strange blue layout
• Graphics on Lifestyle products don't draw at the end
• Not all fabrics have the image available.

Welcome FurnitureMakerPro Beta Testers

Thank you so much for agreeing to help in this venture.

Please use this blog to give feedback on your experience.

Be forewarned that there will be dead ends, blank screens, changing layouts and missing images. Your orders and data are safe and you can't "mess it up".

FurnitureMakerPro currently doesn't support Internet Explorer. Yes, I know it's the most popular browser in the world, but it is full of security holes and is a pain to program for. We are working on it, but in the meantime, use Firefox from Mozilla. You will thank me for it.

Please let me know your greatest triumphs and frustrations.
